[cisco-voip] Cisco AC phone status issue

the status only updates when < 10 results are returned
the status inquiry uses udp to cucm server. both pc and network
firewalls frequently block this udp traffic.
is this a new deployment or did it stop working?
what do you see in packet captures, ac client side traces, or server
side traces?
