[cisco-voip] Best Sequence to Upgrade Cluster 4.1(x)

I'm planning to do my last ever upgrade of CallManager 4.1(x).  I plan
on upgrading to the latest OS, SR, and DevPack.  I have a cluster of 4
servers.

My thoughts are just do 1 server at a time (starting with the Pub) OS,
SR, then DevPack.

What do you guys do?
