Have you tried calling the unity ports directly?
How about the remote port monitor tool?
Those should give you an idea?
How are your routing rules configured? How about partitions and search spaces?

Subject: [cisco-voip] CUCM SCCP Integration Guide for Cisco Unity Connection 7.0
Hi guys,
I have had some problems integrating CUCM7 and CUC7, after following the configuration guide from Cisco twice ( http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/7x/integration/cucm_sccp/guide/cucintcucmskinny.html ).
The problem I have is when the voice mail pilot is called, the phone rings for a second, the call is picked up by Unity but there are no Unity prompts?
Could someone please assist?
Thanks.
