I've got CUPS7 working with UCM 5.1.3. Make sure that your CUPC SIP
Trunk is set to use the Non Secure SIP Trunk Profile, then check the SIP
Trunk Security Profile settings: Accept Presence Subscription, Accept
Out-of-Dialing REFER, Accept Unsolicited Notifications, and Accept
Replaces Header all need to be checked.

Hi All,
Has anyone used CUPS7 with UCM 5.1???
I have successfully (not quite) set this up the only issue I am having
at present is that "On the phone" status is not working.
Would this be because this is no line association in UCM5.1?? Does
anyone have any thoughts??
I have setup,
- CTI Enabled and ccmuser roles, no errors come back from
system troubleshooter or dashboard.
- Primary Extension
- Port 3268 on LDAP auth
- Phone association
Any help would be appreciated.
