[cisco-voip] CUP7 UCM5 On the phone status

Hi All,

Has anyone used CUPS7 with UCM 5.1???

I have successfully (not quite) set this up the only issue I am having at present is that "On the phone" status is not working.

Would this be because this is no line association in UCM5.1?? Does anyone have any thoughts??

I have setup,

-          CTI Enabled and ccmuser roles, no errors come back from system troubleshooter or dashboard.

-          Primary Extension

-          Port 3268 on LDAP auth

-          Phone association

Any help would be appreciated.
