[cisco-voip] IPCC error "Refresh failed. Please check if the engine is running"

Hello,
Today I updated a script, uploaded, and tried to refresh; however, I get 
this error "Refresh failed. Please check if the engine is running".

I restarted the CRS Engine, and that came back in full service.
I tried uploading other scripts and got the same error.
And I made sure the script is valid.

I'm running 5.0(1)SR02_Build026

Any Ideas?
