[cisco-voip] Configuring 6608 ports as Transcoder in UCM 7.0

Is this an upgrade from CM 4 to 7?

if so, look at what kind of transcoding resource it is.  I'm guessing you
don't what to use the Enhanced and most likely not even the normal IOS
type.  delete it and try to recreate it and see if that works.
