[cisco-voip] Change Speed/Duplex Settings on IP Phone

Numerous previous discussions on this topic.

while technically it is possible to send the instructions to the phone
over the netowrk to navigate the menus and UI to change speed/duplex the
question is why you would want to. If anything goes wrong the device
will be stuck at speed/duplex mismatch. Mismatch will seriously hinder
network communications to the phone so you will not be able to remotely
manage, monitor, or undo the changes.

second question is what are you connecting that does not properly
auto-negotiate?
