[cisco-voip] Can't Transfer Shared Line

I have now set Max calls and Busy trigger to 2 on all the shared lines. It seems to be working as envisaged now.

Could this be max calls set on the DN on each phone,

I think with shared lines if you place the call on hold only the holder can pick the call back up, the other phone would just see it as in use.I'm not 100% sure on that though.

I have a Pilot point set up for reception with shared lines between 2 phones. (7931)
This works ok, but I can't transfer a can't transfer a call ?? the option is greyed out and the display says the function is not available ( or something to that effect )
Ringing the shared line directly also prevents transfer ( so that rules out the Attendant Pilot )
I have a shared line in my office ( 4 phones on 7940's ) that works fine with transfer.
Any ideas...
