[cisco-voip] Music on hold for Attendant Pilot Point.

We have 2 phones with shared lines on a Attendant Pilot. 
 
I want callers to get MOH until the call is answered, but because the shared lines may be free they just get a ringing tone. Is there anyway to override the ring even if a line is free?
