If you are using the CUCM Attendant Console then no you can't change this as
AC just does a redirect to the phone. What you would need is an
application-based AA that could transfer the held caller to the destination
after the outbound call is connected. Essentially you need a consultative
transfer vs blind transfer (redirect).

We have 2 phones with shared lines on a Attendant Pilot.
I want callers to get MOH until the call is answered, but because the shared
lines may be free they just get a ringing tone. Is there anyway to override
the ring even if a line is free?
