[cisco-voip] Quick QS: outlook integration with CME 7

Dear all,

I am trying to integrate CME with microsoft outlook 2003. after
looking at this page:

the requirement also include "IOS TSP Lite". so following are the question:
1- what is the difference b/w TSP and TSP lite?
2- why do we need TSP lite with CME?
3- Is it also required with CME 7.x?
4- can any one point out to the download link for TSP lite in Cisco
website, if it required with CCM 7.x
