Are you getting any clues as to why it won't register? Look for CTI
errors on the CUCM server's application log and anything on the IPCC
server that may tell you why the port failed to register.

It seems that my IPCC server died over the weekend. So I just took
the hard drives and put into the a spare server I had, quick fix.
Only issue I have is that one of the scripts CTI route point won't
register with CallManager. So another quick fix is that I had two CTI
route points associated to the script, the second CTI route point for
some reason was able to register. So I removed the non-working CTI
route point and created a translation pattern of the first cti with a
called forward transform mask of the second cti, another quick fix.
I tried the normal troubleshooting I can do without affecting the
whole system like reset CTI port. Later tonight maybe try resetting
the CTI Manager on CallManager. For IPCC reset the JTAPI Service and
refresh the script.
Can anyone else provide some insight?
Thanks,
