[cisco-voip] operating system requirements for ICM 7.2

I'm getting mixed information from my colleague and from the bill of materials for ICM 7.2.

Is the Cisco-customized operating image supported for ICM 7.2 installation? My understanding is that a plain-jain Windows Server 2003 installation is REQUIRED for this application. My colleague says the Cisco operating system DVD is supported. I would like to confirm this.
