[cisco-voip] UCCx Looping Event Viewer Errors

Greetings,

 

All our contact center apps are working, but we're continually getting a
repeating set of errors in the application part of the event viewer.  I
can see in a general sense why these events loop around, but I don't
understand what is happening specifically.  

 

Any ideas?

 

First:  INFORMATION

The description for Event ID ( 2 ) in Source ( Cisco Enterprise Service
) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary
registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a
remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve

heartbeat thread.

information is part of the event: SS4002 Lost connection to the CTI
Server. Recover connection.

null.

 

 

And then the event loop begins again.  The events will happen 2 or 3
times in the same second with each group of events 5 minutes apart.
