[cisco-voip] OS 2003.1.2 stuck on Clearing the RAID Array Configuration...

After careful inspection of a reboot, it turns out we had a dead HDD. We replaced it and everything worked out fine.

What do I do? OS 2003.1.2 gets stuck on this part. I had the same problem occur with 1.1. The drive lights are orange and blue. The OS installation refuses to proceed further. Anyone ever run into this?
