[cisco-voip] HOW I DECOMISSION A PHONE FROM THE SYSTEM

Do you plan on reusing the phone? I don't delete phones unless the phone has gone dead physically, I usually just rename them to either the new employee or something like open phone. Regardless either option is done from Device, Phone in CCM Admin. Users are in User Management, End Users.
