Later IOS versions you need to specify 3.x as the default sccp version was
changed to 4.0 via CSCse66112.

It isnt going to "play nicely" but it SHOULD register and can be used
- you should be able to get it registered as a (non-enhanced) IOS CFB
or transcoding resource. you'll need to leave off the version number
when you configure the CCM ip addresses in IOS - it should default to
3-dot-something and will use the old SCCP device types to register.
