[cisco-voip] NTP Sync in CUCM 7.x under VMware

I have an ISR configured as an NTP master on the same subnet as my VMWare
host and guests. NTP appears to be working fine.

VMWare recommends not using NTP on guests. Synch the host and let the
guests follow the host.
