[cisco-voip] NTP Sync in CUCM 7.x under VMware

I'm having the same problem in 7.0(2a), and like Matthew, didn't have issues
using 6.1(2) in VMWare. I disabled NTP, but now my 7941 will not keep in
sync with CallManager; IP Communicator works fine.
