[cisco-voip] UCCE (IPCC-x 70) real time reporting not working

Ever since my 7.0 upgrade the IPCC the real time reporting tool no
longer functions on my desktop.

 

I pretty sure it has something to do with the java on my machine but
before I go to TAC does anyone know a quick fix?
