[cisco-voip] JTAPI

Dear all, 
 
Thank you for your responses. Is any one experienced in JTAPI? I do not have any idea how I should compile the code (in visual studio?) and how and where to load the final exe file (in server?, in client ?) What is JTAPI plugin used for? I need a piece of code which could capture the the information of the active calls in a real time fashion. Has any body done this before? any help about that.
