[cisco-voip] JTAPI

Hi,

JTAPI is a collection of JAVA library files. When you install JTAPI on
you workstation it will copy jar files to C:\WINDOWS\java\lib. You can
use files from there or copy anywhere you want. I would recommend using
Eclipse for development. A good starting point for development is Cisco
document "Cisco Unified Communications Manager JTAPI Developers Guide".
You will also find examples there.
