[cisco-voip] Unity 4.x Upgrade to 5

I can't argue with your experiences, but it is intended to work. I
kicked off a quick 7.0 upgrade on a lab 4.1(1) server (well, as quick
as an upgrade can be), and it ran clean. So, at the very least, it
isn't -totally- broken :-)
