[cisco-voip] CCX 7.0 with Nuance ARS/TTS

All,

Does anyone have experience with setting up ASR/TTS inside CCX 7.0?

Currently the ASR and TTS engines are 'IN_SERVICE' and the servers are
'REACHABLE'. When trying to run the system script aa.aef the script doesn't
recognize that ASR is installed.

Any help would be great.
