[cisco-voip] Delayed dial-tone after hitting 'transfer'

CUCM 7.0.2.21010-2

 

This is a new issue since upgrading from version 4.2.  When a user goes
to transfer a call, they hit the transfer button, then has to wait 5 to
8 seconds before getting the dial tone.  Is that a setting somewhere?
Any ideas on what would be causing the delay?
