[cisco-voip] Problem with E&M

Hi,

 

I am having cisco 1700 series router  with E&M card I am having issue that I
am not able to make or receive call from that card .

When we check sh voice call it shows like this :

 

Delhi20#sh voice call

 

0/0 -         -  -                     vpm level 0 state = S_OPEN_PEND

 

0/1 -         -  -                     vpm level 0 state = S_OPEN_PEND

 

2/0 -         -  -                     vpm level 0 state = S_OPEN_PEND

 

2/1 -         -  -                     vpm level 0 state = S_OPEN_PEND

 

But on other router when we check same it shows EN_OnHOOK can you pls. help
me with this problem .
