[cisco-voip] Extension Mobility, Merging Numbers and Default Device Numbers

makes sense but unfortunately no good solution so far.
device mobility in CM is a first attempt at location awareness for
devices this determines what resources the phone accesses for outbound
dialing abilities.
seems like the only current solution is a dedicated paging device in the
room.
Otherwise, you can use a product such as Berbee informacast that tracks
phones based on things such as devicename. with em login device name
remains static so page would still reach that device independent of EM
status.
