[cisco-voip] Cisco and Avaya

Just wanted to share, our call centers are moving to Avaya but our all
of our non-call center staff will stay on Cisco call manager.  I believe
the plan is to go to the most recent version of CCM.  I am looking
forward to working on both of them.
