[cisco-voip] Cisco and Avaya

I've heard from a few people that Avaya's call centre software is top-notch. It will be interesting to see how it interacts with Cisco. I guess one advantage of Cisco all-around, is presence being well integrated.

Cisco and Avaya 

Just wanted to share, our call centers are moving to Avaya but our all of our non-call center staff will stay on Cisco call manager. I believe the plan is to go to the most recent version of CCM. I am looking forward to working on both of them.
