[cisco-voip] SIP call leg - tech prefix in SIP

Hello,

I had a sip dial-peer with 
destination-pattern 111#T 
session protocol sipv2
session target 11.11.11.11

Cisco generate Invite message 111%235551 at 11.11.11.11

Wanted to know if it possible to have the number in invite message 111#5551 not 
including (%23)

IOS version 12.4(15)T
