Not certain of Cacti specifics but I believe:

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.9.1
Description      An entry in the DS0 Usage table.

Use cpmDS1UsageSlotIndex and cpmDS1UsagePortIndex to specify which 
ds1,then use  cpmDS1ActiveDS0s to find the number of active calls per ds1.
