[cisco-voip] Is it possible to monitor registration/unregistration events

I think your best best would be syslog host alerting. We do that for our gateways and it works very well.

on just one device? 

I have a critical ATA (SCCP) that must deliver dialtone at all times. 

I'm getting errors, and I'd like to know whether that ATA is going unregistered / registered and causing the lack of dialtone 

I can't immediately discern how to do this with RTMT -- the ATA extension doesn't select as a found device, even under SCCP any
