[cisco-voip] Is it possible to monitor registration/unregistration events

ATAs show up as gateways in RTMT.  So if you lose a gateway, it should
send a gateways has decreased alert, but I have never tested that. 
Monitoring a single gateway's registration status might not be easy.

I have a  critical ATA (SCCP) that must deliver dialtone at all times.
 
I'm getting errors, and I'd like to know whether that ATA is going
unregistered / registered and causing the lack of dialtone
 
I can't immediately discern how to do this with RTMT -- the ATA
extension doesn't select as a found device, even under SCCP any
