[cisco-voip] UCCX 5.x IVR Ports Question

Dear group,

I am preparing for my first IPCCX project and going through the SRND.

1- What is the difference b/w Basic and Advance IVR port? The SRND
says that each inbound voice seat provides 2-IVR ports?  What is the
point of having 2-IVR ports per seat?

2- Basic IVR ports depends on the system hardware that the maximum
number of supported by server hardware
