[cisco-voip] CUC 7.12 PIN Expire Bug?

Initially UC Class of Service was set to expire PINs after 30 days.
Group A users went through self enrollment. Customer then decided to set
PINs to never expire so the change was made in the Class of Service. 

 

Group B users then went through self enrollment. Group A and Group B
users have them same class of service.

 

Now...Group A users are still getting prompted to change their PIN every
30 days, while Group B users are not.

 

Ideas??
