[cisco-voip] Redirect number on CME

Hi,
We have a case where calls come into the operator over BRI lines and then the operator transfers to the user.  The operator receives CLID, but then when she goes to transfer the user only sees the operator extension until the call is completed.  Is there anything special that needs to be added to the config to get the redirected number to show?
