Subject: [cisco-voip] BAT Update Users - primary extension
CM 6 with Unity Connection, AD integrated. I imported approx. 175 extension
mobility profiles. I ran an UPDATE USERS to associate the ext mob. profile
to the user, and also to update the primary extension field (I need the
primary extension field populated in order to import the user in unity
connection). The BAT UPDATE actually updated the controlled profile of the
user for extension mobility, but I cannot get the primary extension to
populate. I've tried the update several different ways.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Go0se
