[cisco-voip] UCCX axl problem

If I’m not mistaken (been a while since I set it up) the AXL service has to run on the publisher. Other than a firewall (if there is one) issue, everything sounds right.

The application user has standard axl api service role assigned I can't pass the error does not let me do any thing else tried restarting the axl service still same issue

Had a similar issue a few weeks ago and had to just add the pub initially during the config, once the config completed I was able to modify it for both sub and pub. Not sure if that is your issue or not? Also confirm that the application user has the "standard axl api service" role

I am having problems with uccx during the AXL service provider configuration part I enter the user account details I created in cucm and enter the ip address of the cucm  but I get a error saying could not start axl service or connect to axl server. The AXL service and CTI services are running on the cucm, uccx can ping the cucm. Not sure what could be causing this problem any advise would be great.
