Are you trying to import CTI Route Points or CTI Ports? On my 7.1(2)
server, I only see bulk import options for CTI Ports.
Clicking on a CTI Route Point, I see the default max calls/busy
trigger is 5000/4500, and the page indicates that the absolute max is
10000. For a CTI Port, however, the default is 4/2 and the max is 200.
It sounds like, perhaps, you are trying to import CTI Ports, which max
out at 200. Just a thought.
