[cisco-voip] FXO port showing line reversal

I also have this going on at one site on one of 3 lines, and I haven't
resolved it.  I have physically flipped the pair around and that didn't
seem to matter, and either way, calls on that port don't succeed.

Admittedly I don't exactly know what either Jason's or Nick's comments
mean or what fix might be implied.  Can anyone expand a bit on their
comments or on what a fix might be?

I think this is also seen when a 4-wire cable is in use instead of
2-wire.
