Make sure your CTI Ports are in a CSS and PT that is able to talk to the agents ACD extension. Refresh the ports. Verify with dna. Make sure your JTAPI versions are consistent and you may want to do a data resync to verify all is well. Additionally take into consideration the COR on the line level of the cti ports
