Nope. 

Some of the features such as SNR have been included in CUCM but not all.
When you configure the CUMA client you delete the existing SNR
configuration that you have for that phone.

Can I deploy some of the features in Mobile Communicator for iPhone
without having a CUMA server?  For example Visual Voicemail with our
Unity Connection 7.1 box?  I was thinking that the features in CUMA had
been pulled into CallManager 7.1(3) but I see that isn't the case!
