[cisco-voip] First call attempt failing

Hi all... I have some strange problem. I have a CME on a remote location
connected via H323 trunk to my CUCM. Every time I try to make a call the
first attempt has only one-way stream, and the next calls are OK. After few
minutes it's the same, first call is with one-way audio and next are OK.

Has anyone seen something like this, it's quite strange...
