Removed the domain name from the IOS and CCM and still getting an error

I'm running out of time. Might bite the bullet and try h.323

If the domain name isn't specified on your router you do not need it on
you CCM config - only the hostname will do (I have it set like that)

I have now added

and debug ccm error still shows

You are missing l3 backhaul binding to ccm-manager under your serial
interface. Add "isdn bind-l3 ccm-manager" under serial 0/0/0:15
