Thanks for the reply. I have a Tac case open for this, as I hear your
theory, but I have a 6.1.4 cluster where it works without devices
associated. Must be a bug in 7.1.2.

This will never work without association of user with the phones, so to make
1500 you can use BAT there an option to add the users with the phones but
you have to delete the 1500 phones and add them again using this option in
order to achieve Click to Dial.

I'm trying to deploy the Click to Dial application from Cisco, but we have a
bit of a challenge. We get it working, but only once we associate a physical
device to an end user, which obviously will be a pain implementing 1500
phones, and for future support. Please could someone assist?
