[cisco-voip] Problem logging into CCO?

I'm having CCO login problems today, and I had a pretty complex
password! 

 

Your log-in was unsuccessful for one of the following reasons: 

 

*You entered your ID and/or password incorrectly. Please try again. 

*If you recently registered or reset your password, our systems may be
updating your information. Please try again in 15 minutes. 

*If neither of the above applies, please note that we recently updated
our log-in system to improve continuous availability and access. Please
reset your password now to update your account.

They changed their password complexity rules. If your old password
didn't meet it, you need to do a reset.

Same here, I emailed the web site help alias for whatever that is worth.
I can get into downloads and am in stuff off of tools.cisco.com, but can
get to anything in the partner area

I haven't been able to get into CCO (keeps rejecting my ID/password,
which haven't changed).

Is this widespread, and if so, is there an eta for fix?
