[cisco-voip] Stumped on CUE AA integrated with CME

I have installed many a CUE module in my day integrated with CUCM, but none
with CME.  I have a very basic problem.

I have an AA with a call-in number defined as extension 100.  100 is the DN
of my receptionist so my thought is that I could just forward her phone to
VM and it should hit the AA that I created.  Instead it says "there is no
mailbox....".  Am I on the right track?  How do I get the phone to forward
calls to the AA?
