[cisco-voip] 7921 stuck in headset mode

I have a couple 7921's that seem to be "stuck" in headset mode.  The
speaker phone function will work but cant get the phone to work with
handset only and the headset icon appears although there is no headset.


 

I've tried the factory reset but it didn't help.  I am assuming they are
broke but before I ship them out for repair was wondering if anyone else
had seen this and if there was a quick solution.
