[cisco-voip] CM 4.1 Call Forward All to Voicemail problem

An update on the Call Forward all issue: 

 

We restarted publisher and subscriber servers. After all was said and done we were able to call into the DN from outside. However, this morning we are having the same issue but reversed.  Users are initially able to set CFA from their devices and Call Manager picks it up and sees the change. However the actual performance of the Call Forward does not take place. Also, after the first intial CFA change, the user is not able to dis-engage or turn off CFA from the device. It has to be done manually within the server and then the device must be restarted to bring the device back to normal again. One more note to add...Call Forwarding does not work for voice mail or for internal extensions. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks everyone!
